Railway fields - the pond

Last week was half term and one of the days, the kids and I went to Railway Fields in Harringay for a little bit of nature and making stuff.
The staff who run Railway Fields are always wonderful, creating lots of fab things for the kids to do; this time, clay modelling, painting plant pots and planting seeds and a nature trail.
Railway Fields is a half hidden treasure buried in the heart of Harringay. Whether we are pond dipping, planting, hunting for butterflies or blackberrying, this little nature reserve never fails to lift my spirits.
